By using QASnapshot ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QASnapshot is a browser extension and web platform that helps QA engineers capture, document, and share bug reports. The Service includes:

• A Chrome extension for capturing bugs
• A web dashboard for managing reports
• Share links for distributing reports
• Integrations with third-party tools (Jira, Slack)

3. Accounts

• You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must not share your account with others (except Team plan members)
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Free & Paid Plans

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Capture or share sensitive data (passwords, credit cards) in reports
• Attempt to access other users' reports or data
• Reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Use automated tools to abuse the Service

6. Intellectual Property

• You own the bug reports and data you create
• We own the QASnapshot brand, code, and design
• You grant us a license to store and display your reports as part of the Service

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your data.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial months
• Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, then deleted

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
